You are not allowed to apply tests if you do not attend the theory classes. There is no exception to this rule.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to introduce students to the field of neuropsychology and neuropsychological testing. Neuropsychology is an interdisciplinary branch of psychology, which deals with the relationship between the nervous system, brain structures, and behavioral processes. The course involves both lectures and practical (laboratory) sessions. Students will have a chance to administer each neuropsychological test individually after we cover the tests’ nature.
STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES:
1.Students are going to be able to explain and understand the neuropsychology and its theories.
2.Students are going to be able to employ neuropsychological tests.
3.Students are going to be able to describe how neuropsychological tests developed in Turkish culture.
4.Students are going to be able to understand the standardization process by which neuropsychological tests have been developed and learn the phases of a standardization study such as translation, adaptation, estimating reliability and validity coefficients, and determining norm values.
5.Students are going to be able to administer the related test(s), give the instructions, score the test results, and write reports regarding neuropsychological assessment.
